How to access my work: In order to increase accessibility, much of my mental health art is available in two formats: digital and physical. Physical products make great mental health gifts or self-care treats, while digital resources are perfect when you need a resource immediately. If you think you might use my mental health art regularly, consider a Patreon membership. Monthly patrons are key to making my work sustainable and, with a 6-year archive of art, sketchnotes, worksheets, and resources included with your membership, it’s a much better deal than individual purchases!

Mental health are and workbooks on a shelf in a psychology art studio.

When I started sharing my psychology class notes on my Instagram in 2016, I had no idea how many people would feel excited and inspired to see matters of mental health represented in bite-sized, relatable, and non-pathologizing art. In 2020, I began experimenting with a few designs on throw pillows (which were a big hit for decor in therapist’s offices!) and interactive notepads.

Although my primary audience remains my Patreon supporters, it’s been an inspiring process to see my art come to life on high-quality products designed to be tools for therapists, gifts for people going through a mental health crisis or rehabilitation, or self-care supplies for people who are on a recovery journey.

FREE RESOURCES

For me, people and quality matter more than profit. Because of this, my shop is print-on-demand-free. Instead, I work with local printers and manufacturers whenever possible (with a few items like card decks and pillowcases produced by vendors with the specialized equipment needed to make a product I’m proud of). Sourcing items from local suppliers helps me offer better quality products with a slightly smaller ecological footprint.

Orders are packed and shipped from my art studio in Saint Louis, MO each Monday and Thursday.
